Taste Buddies goes to Bohol

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Just before summer ends, join GMA News TV 11’s Taste Buddies hosts Isabelle Daza and Solenn Heussaff (photo) as they take televiewers to Bohol, Central Visayas’ popular tourist destination.

For the first time, Solenn encounters a nocturnal animal — the tarsier — and gets a chance to reunite with an old friend for an afternoon of pastry treats, arts, horses and stories at the Tarsier Botanika.

Isabelle, meanwhile, engages in an exotic food trip at a bee farm where she gets to eat a salad made of flowers and tries their unusual flavored ice cream. She also gets to taste the chocolate soufflé of a popular museum and outdoor café located at the back of the famous Dauis Church.

Finally, Solenn and Isabelle cap their adventure by indulging in a sumptuous dinner by the beach.

Taste Buddies airs Saturdays, 5:40 p.m.
