Apoy Sa Dagat stars at Festival Supermall

MANILA, Philippines - Kapamilya teleserye fans from the South now have a reason to celebrate as Festival Supermall in Alabang, Muntinlupa City holds the Apoy Sa Dagat Grand Fans Day today, 5 p.m. at the second level Carousel Court. Mallgoers will have the chance to meet up-close Piolo Pascual, Angelica Panganiban and Diether Ocampo.

Apoy Sa Dagat revolves around Serena (played by Angelica), who as a child was swept off an island with no memory of her previous life. She grows up with her best friend, town hero Ruben (played by Piolo). A romance starts to blossom between the two. However, an unfortunate accident tears the lovers apart. As Serena goes to the city in search for Ruben, she meets Rebecca (also played by Angelica).

The project marks Piolo and Angelica’s first team up since the Star Cinema romantic film Every Breath U Take. Piolo was last seen on a Kapamilya teleserye as Father Alfred in Dahil Sa Pag-Ibig. Angelica, on the other hand, recently essayed the role of Dingdong Dantes’ long-suffering wife Jacqueline in One More Try.

Festival Supermall is a premier development in Filinvest City, Alabang, Muntinlupa City. It is the only mall with five anchor stores: Shopwise Supercenter, SaveMore, Robinsons Department Store, Ace Hardware and Handyman. It has over 700 shops, a total of 2,300 multilevel parking slots, various food outlets and indoor amusement rides.
