More shows for Retro All Stars

MANILA, Philippines - Retro All Stars is rocking Bar 360 of Resorts World Manila Monday nights; Sky Lounge of Diamond Hotel in Roxas Blvd. Tuesdays; and Club Phi in Metrowalk, Ortigas Ave. Thursday nights.

The group is composed of Ogie, Christine and J. Martin and performs specially arranged covers from the ’60s, ’70s, ’80s, ’90s, selected Top 40’s hits and original songs.

After Dagupan and Baguio, Retro All Stars recently invaded Party Place in San Fernando, Pampanga with Class of Six promoting its newly-released album under Godspeed Music Label exclusively distributed by Star Records.

The group will also hold a benefit concert titled All Stars Aligned this Christmas for EPCALM (Adult Leukemia Foundation of the Philippines) at the Metro Concert Bar on Nov. 29, 8 p.m. with Class of Six, Divine Emotion, Dream Seven and Vocal Sync as special guests.

Retro All Stars is backed up by The Rhythm (Elmer Dalumpines on first keyboards; Rex G. on sax, flute and second keyboards; Andoy Grefaldeo on bass; Yuri Muyargas on lead guitar; and Jeffrey Enciso on drums).
