Star guests on Today Show

- The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Today, Howie Mandel updates us on the remaining acts that are competing for a spot on the grand Las Vegas finale of America’s Got Talent (AGT) where the winning group or act takes home the P1M cash prize. AGT is already in its semifinal stage so we really wouldn’t be surprised if Mandel and fellow judges Howard Stern and Sharon Osbourne are having a hard time in evaluating the contestants. Hear what the comedian-actor has to say in dealing with amazement and the headache at the same time. We’re also having Jessica Alba live on the set. The stunner will invite everyone to watch out for the release of Sin City: A Dame to Kill For, a crime thriller which she topbills and is set for release next month.

If you still can’t get enough of the Jason Sudeikis and Jennifer Anniston team-up in Horrible Bosses, then you’ll be in for a treat when Sudeikis guests tomorrow, Sept. 14, to reveal the upcoming movie that will reunite him with his co-star. Yes, the news bubble had already burst and filming of We’re The Millers is already well on its way. But we deem it best to let the 36-year-old comedian to provide us himself with more scoops on his guesting. Fred Armisen also drops by on the set to talk about the changes that are coming up for the third season of Portlandia. The stand-alone sketch structure from the two previous seasons, will reportedly be enhanced with longer narratives and a much deeper take into the lives of the characters.

The Today Show airs Mondays to Fridays at 9 p.m. via Satellite with next day replays at 4:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. on TALKtv — Channel 16 on SkyCable, Channel 28 on Destiny and Channel 21 on Cignal and Channel 12 on Cable Link.
