Chris Leonardo is first out of Artista Academy
MANILA, Philippines - Twenty-year-old Chris Leonardo of Biñan, Laguna is the first student to be kicked out of Artista Academy (AA) after garnering the lowest score among showbiz aspirant-students. AA is giving away a total of P20M worth of total prizes to the grand winners at the end of the three-month competition.
Chris was expelled as a result of his combined grades from the Asian Academy of Television Arts (AATA) where all students are undergoing comprehensive training under the best industry professionals, his scores from the Live Exam critics during his live performance last Saturday and his total text votes from viewers.
With Chris out of the contest, the remaining 15 students are Akihiro Blanco, Alberto Bruno, Benjo Leoncio, Brent Manzano, Chanel Morales, Jon Orlando, Julia Quisumbing, Malak So Shdifat, Mark Neumann, Marvelous Alejo, Nicole Estrada, Shaira Mae, Sophie Albert, Stephanie Rowe and Vin Abrenica.

Artista Academy airs weeknights at 9 and Saturdays at 8:30 p.m.
