Vampire Diaries season three comes to a close

MANILA, Philippines - Don’t miss the emotional season finale of The Vampire Diaries season three on May 15 at 8 p.m. on etc as lives are put in jeopardy and love triangles will come to an end. There will be a flashback to a much simpler time.

After discovering that the death of an original vampire will kill their entire bloodline, Stefan and Damon need to figure out other measures to deal with original hybrid Klaus.

Since the only vampire with the knowledge as to whose bloodline they may be from had died, the Salvatore brothers do not know if killing Klaus will also lead to their death. But if they can’t kill him, what can they do with him?

Meanwhile, with Alaric recently turning into an original vampire fixated on killing the entire vampire population, Elena starts to look back at all the loved ones that she has lost. Taking us with her on flashbacks to a time when her life was a lot simpler — her parents and Aunt Jenna are still alive and her only problem was her love life with then boyfriend Matt — viewers will get a glimpse of Elena being a normal teenager.

The walk down the memory lane must resolve some of Elena’s conflicted feelings. By the end of the episode, fans will discover which Salvatore brother she will give her heart to.

The Vampire Diaries is based on the series of popular books by L.J. Smith and is developed by Kevin Williamson (creator of Scream). Its cast includes Ian Somerhalder as Damon, Paul Wesley as Stefan and Nina Dobrev as Elena.
