Kris graces Preview cover

MANILA, Philippines - When Kris Aquino graced two of  Preview magazine’s cover in 2007 and 2009, people couldn’t help it but to take a second (or even third) look at the editorial cover. Now, the daughter of two national heroes, sister of a president and an A-lister in her own right is ready to turn heads again with her May 2012 Style Remix  Preview  cover.

Blooming in the season’s hothouse–oversized summer florals in structured and sleek silhouettes, Kris strikes three subtle frown poses next to large spray-printed flower buds amid the old ritz of The Manila Hotel. She talks about the parallels between the many hats she wears. Be it on her family’s political fame down to her beauty and style regimens, the Queen of talk proves not to fall short of expectations.

As she sits with the Preview team, Kris shares one advice to all Pinays, “Embrace the color that you are, whether you’re really fair or really dark. Just try your best to make it pantay.” But the superpower to her beauty regimen lies in this one simple practice: Proper diet. “As far as looking good is concerned, when you watch yourself or when you see yourself every day, you become more conscious. So I started eating right,” she adds.
