Salamat Dok tackles rhinoplasty

MANILA, Philippines - Ever wanted that perfectly arched and straight nose? This issue will be tackled by cosmetic surgeon Vicki Belo in today’s episode of ABS-CBN’s Salamat Dok, at 7:30 to 8:30 a.m.

Rhinoplasty generally consists of two types of nose surgery. There is augmentation, which is the building of the bridge of flat noses and reduction, which is reducing the protruding bony and cartilaginous structures of too-sharp and prominent noses.

Chin augmentation will also be discussed using the hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers. With the influx of new non-surgical procedures, a brand-new nose and chin are now possible through injecting fillers strategically around the area to create a dramatic change. Dr. Vicki will demonstrate the remarkable breakthrough.
