MANILA, Philippines - Beauty expert and philanthropist Ricky Reyes (fourth from left) flew to Malaysia recently for the turn-over ceremonies of the 16th APHCA International Hair and Make-up Competition to be held in October to the new organizing committee led by newly-installed APHCA president of Malaysia Aireen Wong.
