SPED seminars this month

MANILA, Philippines - Fully-credentialed special-education teacher Patricia Muñoz will conduct two more seminars this month: Utilizing Effective Strategies to Serve the Needs of Special Children tomorrow, Feb. 25 and Preparing an Effective Individualized Education Plan (IEP, a vital tool in the SPED program) on Feb. 26.
