Norris John is Batang Ifugao

MANILA, Philippines - Opening on Nov. 2 is the indie film Batang Ifugao which introduces Norris John in the title role. A Computer Science student at AMA-Caloocan (where he was proclaimed Mr. Ama), 18-year-old Norris is of Japanese and Ifugao ancestry.

Produced by N.J. Films and directed by Chris Reyes and Karlo Montero, the movie also stars Angela Ruiz, Winston de Dios, Lorraine Lopez, Ralph Louie, Sofia Lee, Chito Alcid, Karlo Montero and other indie actors.

The theme song Gintong Yaman was composed by Boy Pilapil.
