A star-studded event at the Mall of Asia was held last week where hairdressers of various Gandang Ricky Reyes Salons did a makeover on teacher-honorees. A beauty contest highlighted the affair and Ricky, Athena and Pasay City First Lady Madam Calixto crowned the Gandang Guro 2011.

Rhian Ramos, Jose Manalo, Wally Bayola, Aljur Abrenica, Sheena Halili, EB Babes, Paolo Ballesteros and Richard Poon extended their heartfelt messages to the teachers.
