ABS-CBN's ASAP Rocks pays tribute to icons

MANILA, Philippines - Get ready for non-stop explosions tomorrow on ABS-CBN’s ASAP Rocks at 12:15 p.m.

Watch out for back-to-back grand celebrations as the Kapamilya Sunday variety show features the grand farewell of Guns and Roses topbilled by Robin Padilla, Bea Alonzo, Diether Ocampo, Ejay Falcon and Empress Schuck; newest album launch of Sam Milby; concert teaser of Toni Gonzaga’s Toni @ 10; sizzling dance number of No Other Woman lead star Cristine Reyes; and surprise-filled birthday celebrations of Erich Gonzales, Zia Quizon and Jericho Rosales.

Themed ASAP Rock Icons, ASAP Rocks stars will pay tribute to legendary music luminaries like Elvis Presley, Michael Jackson, Madonna, Beyoncé and Lady Gaga.  Sarah Geronimo will render a concert performance that will amuse viewers. Also showcasing their rock icons pieces are Erik Santos, Jovit Baldivino, Richard Poon, Princess Velasco, Sitti, Vincent Bueno and Star Power’s Monica Sacay, Akiko Solon and Krissel Valdez. Toni, meanwhile, will perform with acoustic cuties Markki Stroem, Alex Castro and Bryan Termulo.

Another highlight is the production number of Zsa Zsa Padilla with daughter Zia and the father-and-son tandems of Gary and Paolo Valenciano as well as Martin and Robin Nievera.
