Embracing this once-in-a-lifetime real-life change are colorful contestants with big personalities from Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong and the Philippines. The eight men and eight women come from all walks of life and experiences. From a photographer from Singapore to a catering business owner from Hong Kong, they all have one goal: Take control of their bodies and lives once and for all.

On Jack TV, 20 new castaways outwit, outplay and outlast one another in the hope of being the Sole Survivor in the 21st season of the Emmy award-winning reality competition Survivor: Nicaragua on Thursdays at 4 p.m. via satellite with a primetime telecast at 8 p.m.

Dividing the castaways into two tribes of 10, the twist this season has the camps being split based on their age. It will be old vs. young in Survivor: Nicaragua with the Espada tribe made up of individuals 40 and above and the La Flor tribe consisting of members 30 years and younger. Will the elders’ experience outwit and outlast their younger competitors or will youth and vitality win out?
