Banaag at Sikat at CCP

MANILA, Philippines - Tanghalang Pilipino’s Ayen Munji-Laurel, Al Gatmaitan, Roeder Camanag, John Arcilla, Franco Laurel, Banaue Miclat, Angeli Bayani, Tara Cabaero, Greg de Leon, Clottie Lucero, Emlyn Santos, Che Ramos, Bong Cabrera, Raymond Roldan, Jonathan Tadioan, Riki Benedicto, Kat Castillo, Martha Comia, Jejie Esguerra, Hazel Maranan, Rachel Rubio, Maria Cabasag, Gino Ramirez and Andrei David take centerstage in Bienvenido Lumbera’s rock musical Banaag at Sikat at the CCP, Little Theater. Showdates are Aug. 25 at 8 p.m.; Aug. 26, 3 p.m. and 8 p.m.; Aug. 28, 8 p.m.; and Aug. 29, 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. Directed by Jose Estrella and choreographed by Edna Vida with set and costume design by Salvador Bernal, Banaag at Sikat is an adaptation of the Lope K.
