MANILA, Philippines - Different genres of dancing will be featured on Q-11’s Life and Style with Gandang Ricky Reyes today at 10 a.m.

Guesting on the show are Geleen Eugenio, National Artist for Dance Ramon Obusan and Cherry Ylanan of Folkloric Dance Group.

Also Kids@Work choreographer-manager Jon del Rosario lauded for his hip-hop steps, pole dancing instructor Ed Aniel and ballroom dancing instructor Becky Garcia.

International prima ballerina Liza Macuja-Elizalde gives tips to youngsters hooked on ballet while Club Mwah owner-manager Pocholo Mallilin will relate how he was inspired to present entertainment with a touch of Broadway in his highly-successful establishment.

A dance buff himself, host-producer Ricky invites men and women to try stress-free steps to stay young, fit and energized. “One has to leave the house to go to the gym to exercise. You can dance at home alone or invite some friends to join you. That way, may bonding na, may tsikahan pa and you develop a healthy body,” he says.

Meanwhile, in Great Hair Day, StarStruck Rox Montealegre continues roaming streets, campuses and malls to look for models who will undergo a makeover courtesy of the show. This week’s lucky girl is Trisha Ann Singson. Regine Tolentino gives an instructional dance demo in Gandang Body that guarantees a whistle-bait figure.
