Dashboard Confessional show slated at Trinoma

-

MANILA, Philippines - Trinoma showcases another world-class musical act as fans all over the metro rock with famous American alternative rock band Dashboard Confessional, which will perform live on May 27, 8 p.m. at the Trinoma Mindanao Open Parking.

Best known for the big hit, Stolen, the band started as a solo side-project for frontman Chris Carrabba while he was with his previous band Further Seems Forever. After leaving that band, Chris recorded The Places You Have Come To Fear The Most and the follow-up EP, So Impossible this time under the name, Dashboard Confessional.

By 2002, three other musicians joined the band, including former Further Seems Forever bandmate Jerry Castellanos and started recording the group’s next album. After the success of his second album, Carrabba was asked to perform on MTV Unplugged. This is the first time Dashboard Confessional performed the tracks Remember to Breathe, The Sharp Hint of New Tears, So Impossible, Turpentine Chaser, Living in Your Letters, For You to Notice and Hands Down, songs previously performed only by Carrabba, who is sometimes accompanied by John Lefler.
