Jackie is little big soldier

MANILA, Philippines - Jackie Chan plays the title role in Little Big Soldier which will open on May 19 in theaters. The movie is about two warriors who are actually enemies-turned-reluctant comrades. With its cute plot crafted by Jackie himself, Little Big Soldier features his pairing with Chinese singer-songwriter Leehom Wang who plays the state army general Jackie’s character holds in captivity. Two other singing stars make up the cast. Korean pop idol Steve Woo is power-greedy Wen while Lin Peng of Beijing Olympics fame fits to portray as the songstress character. Even the movie director Ding Sheng is Jackie’s choice, earning the nod for his work in action-comedy and reputation as excellent action choreographer which for this movie had been of great use. Distributed by Viva International Pictures, Little Big Soldier was executive produced by Jackie.
