Mel & Joey's tribute to noted blind artist

MANILA, Philippines - Celebrate Easter with GMA 7’s Mel & Joey tonight.

The show, directed by Louie Ignacio, pays tribute to internationally acclaimed artist Bobby Duclayan, a noted Filipino composer, lyricist, singer, arranger and guitarist who does not let blindness hamper his dreams.  

In Simba-Hanep, visit a two-in-one church in Las Piñas owned by Bobby Manosca. When one goes inside, it’s just like hearing Mass and nature-tripping at the same time. The Bangkero Festival in Pagsanjan, Laguna is also nature-inspired as young talented painters hold an art exhibit near the famous Pagsanjan Falls.

If you think the tiny dirt in your eye is an ordinary thing, think again. In Babala, medical experts will delve on the effects of puwing that might result to cross eyes or blindness. 

In Koleksyon, Noli Barles will relate how he came to fancy ducks and geese, so much so, he now has a variety of these flying birds. For Noli these birds are not for edible purposes but for caring and loving.
