Mother-daughter tandem leads afternoon soap

MANILA, Philippines - Ina, Kasusuklaman Ba Kita?, one of two Sinenovelas being shown on GMA 7’s dramarama block, continues to reign in the hearts of afternoon viewers.

According to statistics from leading research agency AGB Nielsen, the mother-daughter tandem of Jean and Jennica Garcia is doing a fine job, not only in the acting department, but also in the ratings game as well. The show continues to garner high ratings among the afternoon programs.

Jean has passed on much of her excellent acting skills to Jennica who needed to take a swift break from comedy and move over to drama.

In Ina, Kasusuklaman Ba Kita?, they play Alvina and Rizzi whose relationship as mother and daughter is far from how Jean and Jennica are in real life.

Sinenovela Presents Ina, Kasusuklaman Ba Kita? airs weekdays after Gumapang Ka Sa Lusak.
