A day of fun and learning

MANILA, Philippines - Skycable has always endeavored to offer highly entertaining programs from some of the world’s top studios and networks for its kiddie viewers. Recently, the cable TV service provider brought these programs to life when it feted tots and tykes to a day of fun and games via Kids’ Play Day 2 at the Rockwell Tent, Makati City. Co-presented by Kids Co. Channel, Kids’ Play Day 2 attracted children and their parents. The kids wasted no time and immediately busied themselves at the various activity booths. Adding to the fun were ventriloquist and magic shows, arts and crafts with ceramic painting, mini golf and computer games, doll houses, fishing games, a videoke recording booth, and stack-up toys.

Now on its second year, Kids’ Play Day 2 was mounted to provide an outlet for children to have fun and learn at the same time. All the activities were designed to stimulate the kids’ imagination and creativity, and instill in their young minds that learning can be fun. Children of all ages can learn and enjoy at the comforts of their homes the whole year through with Skycable’s channels for kids. These include Kids Co, Disney Channel, Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network.

Kids can also learn from the Knowledge Channel Discovery Channel, Animal Planet and National Geographic. Kids’ Play Day 2 was also made possible by National Bookstore, Kool Fever Gel, Manila Ocean Park and Skechers Kids.
