Kim Bum surprises fans

MANILA, Philippines - Kim Bum (photo) surprised his Pinoy fans when he arrived last week.

ABS-CBN first broke the news of his arrival via Boys Over Flowers official Twitter account which was the first time a local TV network used a social networking site for such announcements.

Bum flew in from Korea to shoot a commercial for RC Cola opposite Maja Salvador.

In an interview with Showbiz News Ngayon, the 20-year-old model-actor expressed how excited he is to work with Maja and even told her that she looks like Catherine Zeta-Jones.

In Boys Over Flowers, Bum is known as the playboy member of the Korean F4 Yi Jeong.

Fans will get to see him once more on ABS-CBN’s sports drama titled Dream.
