MANILA, Philippines - Charo Santos-Concio (photo) reveals how she rose from being one of the country’s award-winning actresses to become the first female president of the largest broadcasting company.

But, as Charo puts it, she doesn’t really have this big strategy for success. ‘I realize I am just passing through.’
