2009 Miss International Beauty/Model Festival

MANILA, Philippines – April Love Antolo Jordan, 21, newly-crowned 2009 Miss International Beauty and Model Festival, came home last May 14 from China where she beat 40 other beauties to win the title. According to a report from Funfare’s ‘beauty experts’ Felix Manuel, Joey Cezeare, Gery Yumping and Francis Calubaquib, the 5’9” stunner had to stay a few days in China to promote tourism.

A B.S. Tourism graduate from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, April was 2005 Miss Calabarzon, a 2006 Miss Philippines-Earth finalist and a 2006 Mutya ng Pilipinas runner-up.

Among her prizes were $5,000 cash, a set of exquisite diamond jewelry and a sponsor’s contract with the World Beauty Congress, organizer of the contest.
