Why Miley Cyrus has the best of both worlds

MANILA, Philippines - Walt Disney Pictures presents Miley Cyrus in the family comedy adventure Hannah Montana: The Movie.

Director Peter Chelson takes the Diney channel phenom to the big screen in a feature film extravaganza. In Hannah Montana: The Movie, Miley Stewart (Cyrus) struggles to juggle school, friends and her secret pop-star persona; when Hannah Montana’s soaring popularity threatens to take over her life — she just might let it.

So her father (Billy Ray Cyrus) takes the teen home to Crowley Corners, Tennessee, for a dose of reality, kicking off an adventure filled with the kind of fun, laughter and romance even Hannah Montana couldn’t imagine.

Written by Dan Berendsen, based on characters created by Michael Poryes and Rich Correll and Barry O’Brien, Hannah Montana: The Movie also stars Emily Osment, Margo Matindale, Hason Earles, Peter Gunn, Melora Hardin, Mitchell Musso, Lucas Till, Barry Bostwick, Moises Arias, Rascal Flatts, Taylor Swift, Vanessa Williams and Billy Ray.

Hannah Montanah: The Movie is distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Picture International and opens soon in theaters nationwide.
