Life & Style gets sexy & healthy

MANILA, Philippines – Today on Q-11’s Life and Style with Ricky Reyes, Jen Rosendahl, commercial model Gino dela Peña, rapper Tugizta and fitness consultant Judy Abrina will give tips on how to be sexy yet healthy.

Two real-life dramas will be featured on the show which airs at 10 a.m. and produced by Scripto Vision. Rome Bacararn used to bum around Caloocan City but after taking a mechanic course as a Tesda scholar, he now owns a flourishing motorcycle repair shop. Tesda Bida is  hosted by Secretary Boboy Syjuco.
