Kris Aquino calls her “statuesque.” She is one of the best comediennes among the new breed of comics. Her timing is impeccable. She is spontaneous, quick and naturally hilarious. She sings like a singer, acts like an actor, dances like a dancer and she makes you laugh surreptitiously. She displays her talent as an actor in the Star Cinema movie T2 where she works with Maricel Soriano and director Chito Roño. “It was wonderful working with Maricel,” said K. “She is very generous.” K is also part of the teleserye Lovers in Paris where she plays the best friend of KC Concepcion.

If you have the chance to portray a famous world figure, who would it be and why?

Madonna!! She’s my idol. Madonna constantly re-invents herself. She’s amazing and she’s truly the Golden Girl. 

Are you a generous lover?

Not much. I am more generous to my daughter and myself. I’ve learned my lessons in love.

How often do you lie?

I’m not a good liar.

What did you want to be as a child?

I have always wanted to be a singer/performer.

What makes you cry?

Haaay! I easily cry but I try not to show it. I cry every time I watch sad movies, or when I listen to love songs.

Name 10 Best Comedy Movies (local or foreign) of all time?

Naked Gun series, Airplane, Police Academy, Hot Shots, Something About Mary, First Wives Club, American Pie, Booba. I can’t think of anything anymore because I love horror movies.  

If you could choose your name, what would it be and why?

I’ll still choose K. Because it’s simple, and easy to remember and K for me can stand anything and everything.

What is your ultimate dream as an entertainer?

Dream big!! I would love to do a concert at the Araneta or Aliw Theater! Todo mo na....Hollywood!

Three things you would like to do before you die?

Sky diving, travel around the world and I’ll think about the third one.

What do you like the most about your job? What don’t you like about it?

Making people laugh, making them forget about their problems even for just a moment. What I don’t like is loss of privacy.

How do you handle fame?

The little fame that I have right now, I handle it with care!

If you have the power to solve all the problems in the country, what will you solve first?

Corruption.

What makes you laugh?

Eveything and nothing!

How do you say goodbye to a loved one?

Saying goodbye is the hardest thing to do. I can’t describe it. It is perhaps the closest thing to death.

If you had an extra million pesos, how would you spend it?

 I wouldn’t. I would save it for my child’s future.

What is your motto?

Love is gold... time is blind...parang mali? Hehehe.

How would you like to be remembered?

K Brosas...the total performer!

What do you do when you are lonely?

I try not to think about it. I believe happiness is a state of mind.

Do you believe in heaven? If yes, how do you get there? If no, why?

I believe in the universal law of karma. Don’t do to others what you don’t want others to do unto you.

If you go to hell, who do you want to be with you?

No one.

The most expensive item you bought for yourself?

A car.

Keri! Gor! Tama!

Spa every week and shopping!
