MANILA, Philippines -  No. 13, Sandra Inez Surravilla Seifert (24, 5’9”, 35-24-35) has been disqualified for appearing in a men’s magazine. A top model and a former co host of Mastershow-man... Walang Tulugan, she is a registered nurse (graduated from Borough of Manhattan Community College in New York) and was adjudged Elite Model Philippines first runner-up in 1998. She competed in the Elite Model Look finals in France.
