Isang Lahi campus tours

The Philippine Star

Isang Lahi: Pearls from the Orient gears up for its 200-school tour as the new year opens. The film aims to bring its message of empowerment around the nation by targeting the youth that is poised to bring about positive change. High school and college students will be given the privilege of watching the film for free as Tanchanco Trimedia Productions and Estima, Inc., bring Isang Lahi to their respective campuses.

The film, which has been submitted to several international film festivals, ponders the question: “What does it take to be happy?” It aspires to bring hope and to elevate the country into a nation that makes the students’ dreams happen. The tour starts this month as students of University of the Philippines-Manila, Ateneo de Manila University, Far Eastern University-FERN College, Philippine Women’s University, Manila Doctors College, Philippine Christian University, Central Colleges of the Philippines, St. Jude College of Manila and Asian Summit College will be among the first to watch the film.

Tours around Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao will also be underway. Call 892-9557 or 0923-6948264 for sponsorships and details.
