Feel-Ya at the Library
October 12, 2000 | 12:00am
For more than six years now, funnyman Phillip Lazaro has tickled his audience’s funny bones with characters he has portrayed at the Library sing-along bar and restaurant on M. Adriatico street, Malate.
Phillip was discovered there by scriptwriter and director Andrew S. de Real. And that was where Philip learned the ropes in comedy.
He has graced several bigger venues than the Library like Music Museum. But there’s nothing like going back to his ‘second home’ once in a while.
Tomorrow, Phillip brings newer, funnier antics at the Library via the show Feel-Ya to be directed by his mentor Andrew.
We’ve seen and come to love Phillip with his character in Anna Karenina on Channel 7. And he also appears in Channel 9’s May Bukas Pa. He plays an intriguing reporter messing up Regine Velasquez’s life in Viva Films’ Kailangan Ko’y Ikaw.
