NCRPO denies fake duty sched

MANILA, Philippines — The National Capital Region Police Office yesterday denied social media posts on a “one-week duty, two-weeks off” arrangement and an eight-hour duty schedule for NCRPO personnel.

The NCRPO said the online posts are false and did not reflect any officially implemented police policy.

It said existing personnel welfare and work arrangements remain in place as the NCRPO continues to focus on proper deployment, police visibility and prompt response to incidents across Metro Manila.

The NCRPO said its operations remain guided by its “Prepare, Prevent, Respond” framework, assuring the public of uninterrupted police services.
