CEBU, Philippines - Rex Gamallo, Philip Duenas, Mary Joy Tabal and Team Fastball sizzled in various sporting events being featured in the 2011 Cebu Sports Festival fest at the South Road Properties.

Gamallo topped the off-road challenge, Duenas and Tabal lorded it over in the sundown run, while the Fastball batters dominated the baseball action.

Gamallo showed off his maneuvering skills and timing with finesse to rule the off-road action. He defeated Wendyl Camus for the top spot.

Ramil Cortes wound up third, while Archie Beltran and Heath Clif occupied the fourth and fifth spots, respectively.

Sundown Run

Duenas and Tabal emerged as the fastest entries in the 15-kilometer race.

Duenas clocked in 52 minutes and 47 seconds to outclass Adonis Singson (53:01), while Joebert Carolino wound up third in 53:22.

In the distaff side, Tabal snatched the crown in one hour, four minutes and one second. Christy Sevilleno-Tutor placed second in 1:04.57 followed by Rachel Limtong in 1:28.40.

Baseball

The Fastball bets took home a championship trophy and a third place finish.
