CEBU, Philippines - The University of Southern Philippines Foundation (USPF) Panthers needed an extra five-minute period before disposing the Don Bosco Technology Center (DBTC) Greywolves, 88-83, in the 9th Cebu Schools Athletic Foundation, Inc. (CESAFI) last night at the Cebu Coliseum.
In the secondary matches, defending champion UC Junior Webmasters defeated the University of San Carlos (USC) Baby Warriors, 95-86, while the UV Baby Lancers hacked out a 95-61 rout of the DBTC Junior Greywolves.
