Cebu netters win matches in Cebuana Lhuillier tennis

Three young Cebuano netters made their presence felt in Gingoog City as they pulled convincing victories yesterday in the Cebuana Lhuillier Tennis Championships.
Tuburan Elementary School's Vince Marc Tabotabo won his assignment in the boys' 12 under division, clobbering Adjuthor, 6-1, 6-1.
With an easy prey, Tabotabo who is supported by Vice-governor Greg Sanchez and Tuburan Tennis Club president Jade Laurel also won his 10-under quarterfinal match, pulling the rug under Christopher Encarnacion, 6-1, 6-1.
Tabotabo takes on Raj Bataw in the boys'12-under's quarterfinal and J. Librado in the semifinal round of the 10-under unisex today.
On the other hand, Franklin Encarnacion from Dumanjug proved his worth after pulling a hard-earned 6-4, 7-6 win over Adjul Ephraim Moralde.
Encarnacion is set to face J. Orcullo next.
Francis Largo, for his part, defeated Paolo Fernan, 6-3, 6-0, in the round of 16.
