TnT Barako, Corrtech nip foes in CABA hoopfest

The TnT Barako Green and Corrtech Dark Blue had an auspicious start in the second conference of the Cebu Athletics Basketball Association (CABA)- Tommy & Tony Cup at the San Nicolas Sports Complex.

The TnT Barako defeated Megastress Gray, 85-75, while Corrtech Dark Blue overshadowed San Guillermo Yellow, 94-92, in the main game.

In the exhibition game that was among the opening day highlights, Tommy & Tony outsmarted the CABA Selection via a close 111-108 decision.

Cebu City Vice Mayor Michael L. Rama topped Tommy & Tony with 35 points spiked with five triples.

The presence of former commercial standouts and erstwhile college varsity players in the likes of Jun Cabanca, Rene Toring and Jumel Sable added depth to Tommy & Tony's workforce.
