Out of town bodybuilders are expected to give Cebu bets a run for their money in the event, which has attracted 16 entries for the Mr. Sinulog Open and six in the Ms. Workout Fitness.
But it is not clear though if Workout Fitness Center instructor Djong Alimbullo, the reigning Mr. Philippines, will be included in the contest.
The event is a post-Sinulog activity and will highlight the opening of its new gym, which will also be blessed before the competition.
