CEBU – The Cebu City Police Office received a Toyota Innova patrol car from Cebu City north district Rep. Raul del Mar yesterday.
The congressman’s daughter, Cutie Del Mar, turned over the vehicle to Cebu City Police Office chief Patrocinio Comendador.
Cutie said it is important for police to immediately respond to alarms.
The congressman said that the city police will be responsible for the gasoline and the maintenance of the service vehicle.
Meanwhile, since the service vehicle is allocated to some congressmen, Councilor Jun Pe said that he is still unsure as to when Cebu City South District Rep. Tony Cuenco will give one service vehicle to the police.
“I’m not yet sure kay wala pa ma’y specific date giingon si Cuenco. Wala pa ko kahibalo kung kanus-a siya muadto sa Camp Crame,” Pe said. — Bentley Naire Luyong/BRP (THE FREEMAN)
