A four-month-old human male fetus was found floating in a creek last Thursday in barangay San Roque.
Michael Rosales, a resident of the barangay, told the police he was about to use a restroom located by the creek morning on August 28 when his neighbors were shouting about a fetus floating in the creek.
Curious of the information, Rosales said he was prompted to verify and himself saw the fetus floating in the water. He said he retrieved the fetus from the water with a piece of plywood before calling for police assistance.
