Purchase classic herbs and spices, as well as other organics such as sage, passion fruit, Dama de Noche, rosemary, chives, lemon mint, tarragon and stevia from Bukidzion, Emma Ramas, Tanny's Organic Farm and COMC.
Canvas Bistro Bar also joins the venture offering its chicken and potato curry pie, vegetable lasagna pie, beef and mushroom corn pie, pork sausage roll, bread and butter and saba banana pudding.
Cebu Natural Farming, on the other hand, features ginataang alimasag (a Blue Crab recipe), native chicken inasal (roasted meat of either pig, chicken etc.), cold kalamay (sweet delicacy made of black rice and ube), and red rice puso.
One can also feast on Vinouski Deli and Wine's smoke fish, biko (rice cake with caramel topping), spring rolls, pork steak, special okoy (crisp shrimp fritters), budbud pilit (made of glutinous rice and cocnut milk), and itlog na pula (salted egg).
Not only that, one also gets to enjoy the features the park has to offer such as the cooking demonstration by a featured chef. Chefs featured shares their recipe for everyone who wants to try the dish.
