CEBU, Philippines - Twenty years in the industry, but there’s no stopping yet for Primary Homes Incorporated as they continue to provide the best quality shelters at the best price.
With the aim “to build dynamic communities, ensuring total customer satisfaction,” PHI expands their projects not only in Metro Cebu but also in neighboring provinces and other regions in the country.
Primary Homes has more than 20 projects which include condominiums, subdivisions, beachfront communities and lots.
This is what makes them unique, shared Ramero Espina, Vice President for Sales and Marketing of PHI. “We are one of the most complete in terms of project line.”
Credibility makes them stand out, said Espina, explaining that they make sure that they deliver what’s best for their clients without compromise on promptness.
According to Espina, one issue in the industry is on the delivery of units on time, especially with customers who have diligently paid their dues. PHI makes sure they turnover the units to their customers right on schedule, as promised. “This creates a good relationship with our customers, real estate agents and brokers, as well.”
PHI is the name behind successful house and lot projects like Collinwood in Lapu-Lapu City, Colorado Homes in Lilo-an, Villa del Rio in Talamban and Lapu-Lapu City, and condominium projects such as La Guardia Flats, Avalon and Woodcrest Residences.
Espina said that they have a lot of projects in store including an expansion in Panglao, Bohol. They will be formally launching the first units of the beachfront subdivision in Panglao this year as part of their expansion in the second home environment market.
Like Cebu, Bohol is getting more attraction from foreigners and they would want to provide more housing opportunities since they are targeting the retirees for local and foreign market.
This is also the reason for their expansion in the southern town of Argao, Cebu because there is a demand for subdivisions in the rural area and in beach fronts, he added.
Aside from Cebu and Bohol, PHI sees the growing trend in tourism for the whole Central Visayas and the whole country which is why they are eyeing expansions in Dumaguete and Davao.
In Cebu City, Espina said that they also see more companies expanding here which means more professionals seeking for housing opportunities.
He explained that this is why the first La Guardia Flats project was a huge success. La Guardia Flats is PHI’s low cost condominium project, which is one of the first in Cebu.
Due to the increasing demand, PHI saw the need for La Guardia Flats II, a 14-storey economic residential condominium which topped off last March 2, 2011, in Asiatown IT Park, Lahug.
With La Guardia Flats and their other 15 active projects plus five to seven more for this year, PHI expects a continued growth and performance which they have been enjoying for the past years.
Espina said that they credit this to the continued support of locals and foreigners, especially Cebuanos, who continue to believe in PHI’s capability to provide quality housing units.
PHI promises to continue this legacy, to come up with more projects. “People can expect that PHI will continue to be visible and leading in this developing market. We will continue to live up to our reputation of building the best homes for the best prices.”
