Fantastic Filipino Flavors at Waterfront
CEBU, Philippines - Filipino cuisine takes the spotlight at UNO this July. UNO’s team of chefs, led by Executive Sous Chef Archie Santok, has prepared a selection of culinary delights that are as pleasing to the palate as to the eye. In celebration of the different flavors from various regions of the Philippines, the chefs have put together a buffet spread that highlights traditional favorites such as danggit, kinilaw, sisig, crispy pata, lechon manok, lechon kawali, liempo, bulalo, bagoong rice, pinakbet and kare-kare, among others.
Every Friday and Saturday of this month, for lunch and dinner, diners get to enjoy this fantastic spread, for only PHP 750.00 net per person.
To complement this weekend treat, decors have also been themed, creating a festive and all-Filipino ambiance at UNO. Guests may expect to see woven baskets, banana leaves, jars and plates that are inspired by local bamboo and other native elements.
