Soon to Rise: The Persimmon North

CEBU, Philippines - On its 15th year, Aboitizland welcomes another 15 storeys to its emerging The Persimmon urban village. The company begins construction of The Persimmon North Tower this month, the second of four towers composing its elegant residential condominium landmark in Mabolo, Cebu City.

The Persimmon North Tower has 157 residential units – studio, one and two bedroom and loft residences – in sleek Asian contemporary design – each with sweeping views of the Cebu harbor, the mountainsides and the cityscape.

The North Tower will have its own administration and security offices, function and board rooms.

The Persimmon stands out as one of Cebu’s best condominium projects being strategically located, the product of the best design talents and built by a trusted developer.

The Persimmon stands on 1.4 hectares of prime property in a history-rich district of Cebu and is within a few minutes from the central business district and commercial centers, academic institutions, places of worship and popular tourist and entertainment areas.

The village will have a swimming pool and play courts, generous landscaped open spaces which integrates indigenous trees like the Mabolo, for which it was named and the city’s biggest commercial-entertainment strip integrated into a residential condominium project, The Persimmon Plus.

The Persimmon Plus is set for launching before the end of 2009. Turnovers of the West and North Tower units are set for 2010 and 2011, respectively. Aboitizland is the only developer in Cebu turning over full constructed units within two years of launching.

The Persimmon is the company’s 15th project. It has realized “impressive” uptake attributed to its combination of strategic location, excellent amenities and value-for-money construction. Units of the West Tower have been selling briskly since its 2008 launch. Pre-selling of units at the North Tower is ongoing.

Model units of The Persimmon are available for viewing at the site administration and sales office, along M.J. Cuenco Avenue, Mabolo, Cebu City.
