Flown all the way from Cucina, Hong Kong courtesy of Cebu Pacific Air, witness Cantonese guest Chef Wong Hoi Ming as he presents the flair and flavors of real Chinese food characterizing his 34 creative culinary years in the hospitality industry. Taking pride not only in his flavorsome dishes, catch Chef Hoi as he maneuvers his unique knack for Hand-Pulling of Noddles with an actual live demonstration daily right in the heart of BASIX’s buffet spread! Sharing the limelight is Chef Kong Shiu Ki who spent more than two decades mastering Cantonese cuisine and whose unbeatable cooking tandem with Chef Hoi cannot be missed!
