It was a festive affair for the Sarmiento family – the confirmation rites of Jasmin Ellaine and Jennifer Ellaine Sarmiento, daughters of Edgar and Penny Sarmiento.
The rite was held at the Pedro Calungsod Shrine at Archbishop Palace.
