MANILA, Philippines — The Far Eastern University (FEU) Film Society will be holding SinepiyuXI 2018, “Galaxine 2018,” a celebration of art and film. Along with the short film festival, the event will also feature Craig Lines, founder of Channel HUE TV and director of “Hollyoaks,” BBC’s longest-running drama series. The short film festival runs from Apr. 23 to 27, 2018.
