MakatiMed offers pregnancy lectures

MANILA, Philippines - MakatiMed recognizes that the first nine months of a mother’s pregnancy may be a time full of questions and worries.

Recognizing the need to make this milestone a joyful memory, MakatiMed invites everyone to a series of lectures every last Saturday of the month until November, at 10 a.m. to 12 noon, at the eighth floor auditorium of the MMC Tower 2.

The free learning sessions will feature everything expectant moms need to know, from what to eat, what to do and what they should not miss, with experts walking them through these memorable months.

Expectant moms can share their experiences with their own support group and with MakatiMed’s departments of pediatrics and OB-gynecology, and get to ask questions from experts.

Featured specialists will talk about a range of topics from pre-natal care, nutrition, exercise and Lamaze to breastfeeding, infant care and massage, and even post-partum care.
