Explore the universe through DarkStar Adventure

MANILA, Philippines - Treat your kids to an exciting and educational adventure through the vast regions of the universe with “DarkStar Adventure,” a film feature that is currently being shown at the Digistar Planetarium of the Nido Fortified Science Discovery Center at the SM Mall of Asia.

“DarkStar Adventure” features Subrah, a mischievous teenage girl who is bored by science until an impending supernova forces her to explore pulsars, dodge black holes, and harness magnetic fields to search for her father. Joining her in her adventure is her robot friend, Sweeps.

As Subrah and Sweeps trek through the galaxy, children would likewise be taken through a journey throughout the cosmos and learn more about the workings of the universe.

“The DarkStar Adventure is a fun and entertaining way to learn concepts of gravity, Newton’s Law of Motion and astronomy. This feature film and lecture will surely be something that kids will enjoy, thus giving them more reasons to love and understand Science through this unique learning platform like the Digistar Planetarium,” says Raymund Maclang, AVP for operations of Family Entertainment Center Inc.
