Health and Lifestyle celebrates the New Year with showbiz’s charming trio of Carmina Villaroel and sisters Janice and Gelli de Belen on the cover.

The magazine’s first offering for 2006 features the three hosts of the popular morning talk show Sis who reveal life lessons that have guided them in their ways as moms, daughters and wives.
