Signa Designer Residences: Filipino artistry at its best

MANILA, Philippines - Robinsons Luxuria’s Signa Designer Residences recently received a five-star commendation as the Best Residential High-Rise Development in the Philippines at the 2013 International Property Awards. 

Signa Designer Residences, a joint venture project of Robinsons Land Corp. and Security Land Corp., is the first designer residences in the Philippines. The development will consist of two towers: Tower 1, which will rise to 30 storeys, and Tower 2, which will have 29 storeys.  As the final leg of Signa construction is fast approaching, the three designers are seen in the project site more often recently, doing hands-on evaluation for Signa finishes and materials.

This is just one of Robinsons Luxuria’s steps in delivering the seamless pampered experience in Signa Designer Residences, Tower 1 of which is scheduled to be completed by 2015.  Meanwhile, construction for Tower 2 is progressing well, in time for its 2016 completion schedule.
