(ALHI) has been named one of the Philippines’ top 10 developers for 2011 by BCI Asia for its outstanding performance and consistency in delivering world-class condominiums. Leading its line-up of high-end projects is the renovation of the legendary Admiral Hotel on Roxas Boulevard into a luxury boutique hotel named Admiral BaySuites with an adjoining 53-storey residential condominium. Having started operations in late 2005, ALHI is considered one of the youngest companies among this year’s awardees.
